GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PUBLICATION
Small Business CEO Magazine will promote each magazine issue through web promotion on the SmallBusinessCEOMagazine.com and to the Small Business CEO Magazine "house list."
Speaker/Author/Mentor, hereinafter "SAM", hereby grants permission to Small Business CEO Magazine to use submitted material and/or interview in the aforementioned publication, in any books it compiles, and in any future revisions, editions, and electronic versions thereof, including nonexclusive worldwide rights in all languages. It is understood that the grant of this permission shall in no way restrict republication of the material by the Undersigned or others authorized by the Undersigned.
SAM understands and agrees to receive no compensation for participation in the Publication.
SAM's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Publication, but not as an endorsement of any product or service. (Please submit a professional portrait style photograph of at least 2" x 3" with a resolution of at least 300dpi in .jpg or .gif format.)
SAM hereby releases and discharges Small Business CEO Magazine from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherise using the above-mentioned publication.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of American and the State of West Virginia.
Small Business CEO Magazine reserves the right to:
Refuse at its discretion to accept any material that is, in the opinion of
Small Business CEO Magazine, not consistent with guidelines or does not meet the quality
standards as determined by Small Business CEO Magazine Change the terms and conditions at any time Cancel, reschedule or replace any Small Business CEO Magazine publication Reschedule SAM articles at any time
